We collect the information you provide when using SuruScene V4: your scene descriptions, category selections, uploaded reference images, generated plans, AI-generated images and videos, and your account preferences. We also collect basic usage data, credit consumption, and performance metrics to improve our service.
Your scene descriptions and uploaded images are used to generate AI-powered plans, images, and videos. We track credit usage and consumption patterns to manage our service and improve our algorithms. We may analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models and user experience. We never sell your personal information or AI-generated content.
Your data is stored securely on our servers and Google Sheets. Scene plans, AI-generated images, and videos are kept private and accessible only to you. During the beta period, data may be lost due to system updates or maintenance. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, but cannot guarantee data retention during beta testing.
We use trusted AI providers (Google Gemini, Veo) to generate your scene plans, images, and videos. These providers have their own privacy policies and may temporarily process your content. We use Google Sheets for user management and Resend for email notifications. We ensure these providers don't store your content permanently beyond what's necessary for service delivery.
AI-generated images and videos are created using your prompts and may be processed by third-party AI services. These generated assets are associated with your account but may be subject to the terms and policies of the AI providers. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created for you.
SuruScene V4 is currently in beta testing. During this period, features may be unstable, data may be lost, and the service may change without notice. We collect additional diagnostic data during beta to improve the service. This data may include error logs, performance metrics, and usage patterns.
You can delete your account and data at any time. During beta, some data may be automatically purged for system maintenance. Contact us if you have questions about your privacy or want to exercise your data rights.
